Palestine Aid Mission

For decades, Islamic Help has delivered life-saving support to Palestinians facing conflict, displacement, and restricted access to essential services. In Gaza alone, our emergency and recovery programmes have supported nearly 450,000 people in a single year, while wider post-conflict responses reached around 1 million Palestinians with food, water, medical care, and shelter. From community kitchens serving thousands daily to major water infrastructure projects supplying hundreds of thousands annually, our work combines urgent relief with long-term rebuilding.

We have supported hospitals, rebuilt education facilities, delivered specialist trauma surgery, and restored clean water systems that protect public health at scale. Every intervention is delivered through trusted local partners, ensuring aid reaches families quickly, responsibly, and with dignity. Together, we continue responding to urgent needs while strengthening communities for the future.
