Food Programme Impact in Numbers
Food support is one of Islamic Help’s most established and far-reaching programmes, delivering both emergency relief and seasonal assistance to vulnerable families worldwide. Each year, around 100,000 people benefit from Ramadan food packs and iftar meals, while thousands more receive Qurbani meat during Eid al-Adha. In conflict-affected contexts such as Yemen, emergency food programmes support 40,000 families annually, and community bakeries provide daily bread to 50,000 people every week.
From refugee camps to urban poverty settings and disaster zones, our food interventions stabilise households and protect children from hunger. Alongside short-term relief, we integrate food with livelihoods and community kitchens to strengthen long-term resilience. Every programme is designed to deliver measurable impact, restore dignity, and ensure families have reliable access to nutritious food when they need it most.
